Good news for dog owners in Spain! The Spanish railroads have finally recognized how important it is for our four-legged friends to be able to travel comfortably and safely.

The town council of Calpe has launched a new campaign – “Calpe Pet Friendly”. The aim is to make Calpe a dog-friendly destination for animal lovers.

The new animal protection law in Spain has made dog liability insurance compulsory. At first glance, this may sound reasonable. At second glance, it becomes clear that the law has once again overshot the mark.
