Can Broch is the newest expression of what a classic Steak House can be, expanding through a modern cuisine of Mediterranean products. Tomás Arribas, Resti Castro are its creators and, together with Chef Rafa Iturbe, represent a convergence of different styles and culinary experiences.

The concept of Can Broch Restaurant could be defined as multigenerational: with a sophisticated style, it shows the evolution of different cuisines, menus, services and atmospheres that have characterized Denia’s gastronomy in recent years.
