The house has 2 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower/WC), the two children’s bedrooms share a bathroom/WC. Large garden with pool area. The pool has 8×4 m, directly adjacent is a children’s pool of 2×2.5 m with only a little water depth, separated from the pool by pillars. The newly built pool itself has brick steps and an underwater bench. The water is treated by a modern electrolysis system without the usual pool tablets. The water is slightly salty and skin-friendly. The house was almost completely renovated and refurnished in 2017/18, this year the first vacation rental after the renovation and pool construction. In the garden there is a large brick barbecue for cozy evenings at home. There is also a very good restaurant about 5 minutes away (600 m on foot), a supermarket for small purchases (baguettes, etc.) and a pizza service. We are happy to give you tips on where to buy the freshest food or the most beautiful beaches and excursion destinations. Large garage, also ideal for motorcyclists!
