Drop anchor, welcome home! Amelia’s by the Sea is a unique and exclusive TGCSA accredited four star solar powered BnB guest house. We are perfectly situated halfway between George and Mossel Bay, in the heart of the magnificent Garden Route in the Western Cape. Our guest suites are spacious, luxurious, charming, modern and stylishly furnished, offering our guests a wonderful and memorable home away from home experience with a caring and personal touch. The magnificent sunrises and sunsets, the wonderful views of the ocean and the sound of the waves crashing on the shore make our guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The Blue Flag beaches and long stretches of coastline are perfect for happy strolls, fishing or simply relaxing while sipping a glass of champagne and being mesmerized by the waves. Memories are made here that will be cherished for a lifetime. We welcome guests from near and far to experience our beautiful slice of paradise with us. What a gem on the Indian Ocean, in this uniquely beautiful place Groot Brak River. Not only are Jeanne and Tony wonderful, warm hosts who do everything for the well-being of their guests, the holiday flats are the best we have seen for a long time and even surpass 5-star hotels. Nothing is missing, there is much more than expected.
Personal welcome greetings for two and four-legged friends, endless loving details, pleasant gas heating that makes it cosy even in winter, shower gel for ladies and gentlemen, a thousand little practical things, perfectly coordinated furnishings and design, a beautiful garden as well as a breathtaking view of the sea with whales and dolphins and many more loving little and big things.
A little paradise on earth…
Travellers are really welcome here. With or without a dog. We enjoyed it immensely.
