🐾 Pistoia Zoo – Animal excursion with a dog in Tuscany
The Giardino Zoologico di Pistoia is picturesquely situated in the hills of Tuscany and is home to over 600 animals on 7 hectares, including elephants, giraffes, bears, reptiles and many more. An ideal destination for families and animal lovers – even with dogs.
🐶 Dogs are welcome – with leash
Dogs are allowed in the zoo, but must be kept on a leash at all times.
A muzzle is not obligatory, but should be carried, especially for larger breeds or those classified as “list dogs”.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the animal houses.
